Critical to balance and wellbeing, play elevates, reminds us that there is more to life than work. Your call: travel the world, read to a child, play ball with your dog, curl up with a good movie, take a hike (literally), stare at nothing, look your beloved in the eye (see where that takes you!) or participate joyfully and wholeheartedly in any number of relaxing, sanity-inducing activities (also known as fun).
